The Human Resources department is made up of two experienced professionals, who ensure the well-being of our team, manage recruitment, maintain a positive working environment and monitor the legal and social framework of the company. They also proudly represent the Barba Group at job fairs.
The first contact for any candidate, the service also monitors employees throughout their career within the Groupe Barba. Beyond administrative issues, the HR team coordinates staff training, maintains special relationships with schools while remaining attentive to our needs and small daily glitches. She also plays the role of supporting managers in the management of their teams.
In partnership with Pôle Emploi Béziers, our HR department launched the EDEN Success Path, aimed at facilitating the professional integration of job seekers in industrial sectors for the energy transition.
