The members of the team ensure the smooth running of the company, the compliance of flows from and to partners and our profitability. Juggling numbers, contracts and regulations, they are the essential foundation for our activities and an essential safeguard for our projects.
This department is also responsible for coordinating sales processes by ensuring smooth communication between the different departments involved. It strives to respond effectively to customer requests and guarantee their satisfaction throughout the process, including after-sales.
In close collaboration with management, our administrative team actively contributes to strategic decision-making and ensures rigorous monitoring of the various ongoing procedures, thus guaranteeing the continued success of the Groupe Barba.
