In line with its development, the Barba Group is looking for a Group QHSE Manager (M/F) to replace a permanent contract. Reporting to General Management and member of the Executive Committee,

As Group Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Manager, you will join the Barba Group Management Committee, and play a key role in defining, implementing and monitoring the QHSE Strategy to protect our employees, our customers and our environment.

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining processes and management systems for quality, health, safety and environmental protection, in line with overall strategy and internal and external challenges.

Your tasks

  • Quality, health and environment policy: Develop, implement and maintain quality, health, safety and environmental systems in line with legal guidelines and current food industry standards.
  • Quality assurance and control
  • Team management
  • Research and development

  • Contract: Permanent full-time contract, daily rate
  • Salary: to be defined according to experience

Profil

Higher education

Professional experience :

Minimum 10 years' experience in Quality in industry (Food industry preferred).

Technical skills :

  • Knowledge of food industry regulations
  • Knowledge of project management, organization and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Good technical knowledge of processes.

Behavioral skills :

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize relevant information
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • At ease in inter-professional relations
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good writing skills
  • Able to federate teams to achieve corporate objectives
  • Results-oriented
